Tahini Balsamic Dressing

This versatile, more-ish dressing can also be used as a sauce, dip or spread.  Simply adjust the amount of water to desired consistency.  Serve over salad, vegetables, grains, chicken or with crudités.

 

Stir together in a bowl:

  • 1 TBS tahini
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp soy sauce

Mixture may seem to curdle at this point.

Proceed to mix in:

3  TBS water (more depending on preferred consistency),  mixture will than become smooth and creamy, stir and add a pinch of salt if desired.
