But it is more; a whole philosophy and approach that looks at achieving a healthier life.By respecting the healing power of nature, recognising the whole person and nourishing and nurturing a person’s vitality, the signs of disturbance (sometimes called symptoms) can improve. Wellbeing is approached through simple, common sense means.

Some of these include:

  • Wholesome  fresh foods and meals that suit the individual
  • Fresh air, water and sunshine
  • Adequate sleep
  • Exercise
  • Other aspects of  a balanced life
